Depending on stock and availability, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to process and ship. Estimated shipping transit time excludes Saturday and Sunday delivery. Items ship from United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgina Islands, military APO/FPO, and international orders will incur shipping charges that will be shown prior to completion of the checkout process. Customs, Duties, and Taxes will apply at the time of delivery for international orders. If for any reasion you decide to refuse delivery and return to sender, any cost associated will be deducted from order amount .
Holiday Return Policy
Items shipped between November 1 and December 31 of this year 2018, may be returned until January 31 of the following year, subject to additional return guidelines listed below.
Applies to purchases made On/After: November 1st, 2018 through December 31st, 2018
Deadline to initiate a return: January 18th, 2019
Returns must be received at our warehouse by: January 31st, 2019

30 Day Return Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Privacy Pop, you may return your unused item within 30 days from the delivery date to receive a refund less the cost of the original shipping and handling fees (non-refundable). Returns will be processed using the same method in which you paid for the merchandise originally.
The buyer will be responsible for returning the item(s), including any return shipping fees.
• Eligibility Requirements:
All items must be in brand new, mint condition with its original, undamaged packaging. They must also include all packaging materials i.e. instructions, booklets, packing inserts, etc. Once the return process has been started, all items must be sent back before the end of the 30 day period. Bed Frame purchases are non-refundable.
• Quality Control Inspection:
All items must pass a Quality Control Inspection. If the item(s) show signs of wear, dirt, hair, odor or similar conditions then a 20% Restocking Fee will be charged or the return may be refused.
