Our Exchange Policy


Accidentally ordered the wrong item? Mistakes happen! Exchange hassle-free within 60 days from the ship date to receive store credit to purchase your new item.

Some things to keep in mind: Domestic orders only. Free prepaid return label will be provided & must be used. Exchanges/Store Credit will be processed within 1-2 business days after return package status is updated to "In Transit" by FedEx. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Our Return Policy


Need to return? No worries! Return your item within 30 days from the ship date to receive a refund issued to your original payment method.

Some things to keep in mind: Domestic orders only. A prepaid return label will be provided & must be used. Refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days after return package status is updated to "Delivered" by FedEx. Items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for a return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. A $20 return shipping and handling fee will be applied.

Our Warranty Policy


Having troubles with your Privacy Pop? We got you covered! Get in touch within 60 days from the order date and one of our specialists we'll be happy to help.

Domestic and international orders are eligible. We cover manufacturing defects found & reported within 60 days from the order date. Upon approval, you will receive a replacement for the original item (if original item is unavailable, item of equal or lesser value can be requested).
