Exchange Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Privacy Pop Bed Tent, simply return it within 30 days from the date of receiving your bed tent for no hassle exchange.

EXCHANGE REQUIREMENTS:

• Exchanged products must be in brand new, mint condition.
• Items must be in the original, undamaged packaging with all packaging materials, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, etc. The labeled packaging must be enclosed within a new shipping carton.
• SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES, IF APPLICABLE, ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

If the item being exchanged does not meet the above conditions, has been opened or shows signs of wear the exchange may be refused and returned to you or you may be charged a 20% restocking fee.

Exchanges must be received within 30 calendar days from the date of receiving your bed tent.
